Cell therapy and regenerative medicine are very promising treatment approaches. We supported Scinus Cell Expansion in the development of a closed bioreactor system for the cultivation and clinical expansion of cells. The system operates with single-use bags for either adherent or suspension cell cultures. With this SCINUS bioreactor the costs of cell culture are significantly decreased and treatment as well as research get more accessible.
